Aaron Finch, a former batsman for Australia, believes that Ravichandran Ashwin won’t be able to reach India’s final roster for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup. In an interview with Star Sports, Aaron Finch stated that Ashwin has been added to the team for the current three-match ODI series against Australia to serve as a mentor to the youngsters. “I think that relies on how they anticipate the country’s playing surfaces, and by then, I think the trick to selecting a World Cup squad is to consider the back end. But since you need to get there, you can’t spend too much time contemplating it.
I believe the rest of the group who are with the Indian side in this current series against Australia could learn so much about big game play from him, even if I think he could struggle to make it to the last 15.
