The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here will remain open on Monday, reversing its decision to shut OPD services till 2:30 pm on the occasion of the consecration ceremony at the Ayodhya Ram temple. "In continuation with circular dated January 20 of this office, the outpatient department shall remain open to attend to patients with appointment in order to prevent any inconvenience to them and to facilitate patient care," the new office memorandum said. All critical clinical care services shall remain operational, it said.

Minimum Temperature In Delhi 4.8 Degree Celcius, 11 City-Bound Trains Running Late
The national capital recorded a minimum temperature of 4.8 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average, according to theIMD. It said the humidity level was recorded at 100 per cent at 8.30 am. The weather office predicted mainly clear skies and cold day conditions for the day. It had earlier said that the city might witness dense fog from January 22 to 27. According to the railways, 11 Delhi-bound trains were delayed by up to four hours due to foggy conditions. The Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded at 358, which comes in the 'very poor' category, at 9 am, according to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).
AN-32 Kargil courier service to resume operations from Jan 22
The air courier service from Kargil to Jammu will resume its operations from January 22 to facilitate the movement of people during the winter months. The administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh has taken an initiative to operate subsidized plane and helicopter service from Ladakh during winters when roads in the entire region remain cut off from the rest of the country. The Air Force will commence AN-32 courier service from Kargil to Jammu and back from January 22. "The first flight of Kargil courier service is scheduled on January 22 from Kargil to Jammu and from Jammu to Kargil, subject to fair weather,” a senior official said. "Passengers may book their online tickets, from the comfort of their homes, through online mode", he said.
Five boats gutted in fire at water sports academy in Bhopal
At least five row boats were gutted in a fire that erupted in the state government-run water sports academy in Bhopal on Saturday, an official said. No casualties were reported in the blaze erupted at the academy located in the Jahangirabad police station area, the official said. The fire control room was notified around noon, and the blaze was put out in 15 minutes, Bhopal Municipal Corporation fire officer Rameshwar Neel told PTI. At least five boats anchored at the site were gutted, and the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained, he said. According to sources in the sports department, the cost of a row boat was around Rs 20 lakh. People in the vicinity tried to douse the flames with buckets of water, they said. When contacted, state Sports Minister Vishvas Sarang said he had received information about the blaze and would be visiting the site.
