Now it has become clear that whatever happened is constitutionally valid. I request PM Modi to restore statehood soon. A section of people in J&K who will not be happy with this judgment, my sincere advice is that they should accept the inevitable and they should accept the fact that now this has been done and the Supreme Court has upheld the action and therefore there's no point now unnecessarily hitting their head against the wall. Now my suggestion is that they should turn their energies towards fighting the next elections. That is where the people should now be motivated instead of developing any negativity.

Supreme Court says it has held that Article 370 is a temporary provision
Article 370 Judgement: CJI D Y Chandrachud says there are three judgements by the five-judge bench on the issue. CJI Chandrachud says, "Every decision taken by the Union on behalf of the State is not subject to challenge. This will lead to chaos and uncertainty and would bring the administration of the State to a standstill." Supreme Court ruled that Article 370, which granted special status to Jammu and Kashmir, is a temporary provision. It held that the power of the President to issue a notification that Article 370 ceases to exist subsists even after the dissolution of the Jammu and Kashmir Constituent Assembly. The Top Court says the argument of petitioners that the Union government cannot take actions of irreversible consequences in the State during Presidential rule is not acceptable. The court says that it holds that Jammu and Kashmir did not retain an element of internal sovereignty after it acceded to India. Supreme Court holds that Jammu and Kashmir became an integral part of India as evident from Articles 1 and 370 of the Constitution of India.
