Bihar's global business summit to begin on Tuesday. Over 600 investors from across India and 15 other countries will participate in the summit. Iran-backed Houthi rebels attacked a Norwegian-owned-and-operated ship allegedly linked to Israel in the Red Sea. The tanker ship was travelling through the strategic Bab el-Mandeb Strait off the coast of Yemen when it was reportedly hit by a cruise missile. The Strinda cargo vessel caught fire after the attack and was guided by U.S. naval destroyer USS Mason later.
