1. Amaranth Kheer
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of amaranth or rajgira
- 300 ml of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of coconut, palm, or normal jaggery
- Flakes of toasty coconut (as a garnish)
- Chopped toasted mixed nuts: 1 tablespoon
2. Farali Dosa
Ingredients:
- Sanwa millet (sama), 1/2 cup
- Amaranth (rajgira) flour, half a cup
- Half a cup of sour buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon of ginger-chili paste
- To taste, add rock salt (sendha namak).
