Sattu has a cold effect. Usually sattu sharbat is made and consumed in homes. But have you ever consumed sattu buttermilk? If not, then today we have brought a recipe for making sattu buttermilk for you. By consuming this, along with calming the heat of the stomach, digestion also remains very good. Let us know the easy method of making sattu buttermilk.

Ingredients for making Sattu buttermilk

1. Curd half cup
2. Sattu powder 2 teaspoons
3. Asafetida one-fourth teaspoon
4. Cumin powder half teaspoon roasted
5. 5-6 Mint leaves
6. Grated cucumber
7. Water one cup
8. Rock salt as per taste

Make Sattu buttermilk like this

First of all, grind curd, sattu powder and mint leaves well in a mixer jar.

Then add asafoetida, cumin powder, rock salt and water and grind again.

Now add ice cubes and grated cucumber to the prepared mixture.

Your healthy-tasty Sattu buttermilk is ready.

If you want, you can also add chilli and coriander to it for taste.
