World Leaders Greet PM Modi On 76th Birthday; Highlight Stronger India Ties

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni led international greetings for Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 76th birthday.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Dominica Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit and several other leaders joined the messages.

Putin praised Prime Minister Modi’s contribution to strengthening the special and privileged strategic partnership between India and Russia. He described their recent discussions as substantive, frank and productive. Putin said both countries would continue constructive cooperation on bilateral and international issues.

Giorgia Meloni wished PM Modi health, energy and success. She said Italy and India were strengthening their friendship and building greater cooperation and prosperity.

Netanyahu said Prime Minister Modi’s leadership had transformed India into a world power. He described India-Israel ties as an unprecedented partnership and said their friendship had never been stronger.
