Women safety is no more a concern in India, it has is negligent and that has become a fact. It is not that women walking on streets face molestation, they can be molested by someone breaking into their places. This is a horrifying case where a 53-year-old woman had to actually declare to an intruder in her house that she is suffering from AIDS.

The 53-year-old woman was misbehaved by a masked man. He broke into her Borivali home early one morning and threatened to ransack the place. The woman said in her police report that she faked having AIDS and threw up. The stranger was startled by that and left.

This is all about the molestation case

On the night of August 14, she was fast sleeping when she heard a commotion around two in the morning. When she looked up, she saw a masked man in his mid-twenties standing in the living room.

The man claimed to be a drug addict and threatened to attack the woman after entering through the sliding glass. “I had to lie to save myself from being molested. I also threw up blood which terrified him. He fled from the main entrance and bolted it from outside,” the complainant informed.

The FIR states that the complainant is employed at an electronics retailer and that her daughter and son have relocated abroad. The sliding windows in her living room have a broken latch, and she lives on the ground floor of a multi-story structure.

No safety at the place

She then called a neighbor and requested that she open the door. The building does not employ a watchman, according to police investigators, and no burglar was seen by CCTV cameras nearby. “We are inquiring with the complainant and her neighbour for information on the accused,” an official said.
