According to the Meteorological Department, cold winds will blow in parts of Haryana and plains including Delhi till December 20. Apart from this, the Meteorological Department says that for the next 3 days in the capital Delhi, there will be an increase in precipitation with cold winds, as well as there is a possibility of an increase in fog.
