With the BJP looking set to score a hat-trick of comfortable victories in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed gratitude to the voters and stated that the outcomes show that the Indian people have opted for politics centred around the development and good governance.
At 4:45 p.m., the BJP held a lead in 167 of the 230 seats in Madhya Pradesh, 116 of the 199 seats in Rajasthan, and 55 of the 90 seats in Chhattisgarh. Since each of these numbers is higher than the state’s majority threshold, the BJP will be able to form governments there on its own.
Since there have already been multiple rounds of counting and results for a few seats announced, it seems unlikely that the overall picture will change significantly.

The prime minister also praised the work of the BJP employees, calling each one “exemplary”.
