Ghaziabad: A water shortage has affected Cloud 9, a sizable complex with 900 flats and thousands of residents, for the past three days. Residents routinely criticise the builder’s carelessness and the scarcity of water sources.
Residents who are denied the comfort of their homes are furious about the current predicament. The water supply has apparently been a frequent source of complaint for the locals.
According to reports, the society charges homeowners 70 lakh rupees for maintenance, but there is no proof that the money is actually used as intended. Due to a shortage of access to water for the bare necessities, residents are forced to go to other societies in order to collect water from them.
When found accountable, the maintenance officer steadfastly declined to give any details. Additionally, no one is picking up the phone.
Residents in the community claim that Parimal Services is purposefully harassing them. Sushil Jain and Parimal Bandopadhyay are complicit in all of this. While funds are timely collected in the guise of maintenance, no facilities are offered.
The members of the society also claim that nothing has been done as of yet despite their complaints to the DM. The District Magistrate, on the other hand, has likewise turned off his cell phone. The builder’s actions have disturbed the society’s populace, but the administrative staff is reluctant to take any action.
Due to a lack of water, children and seniors are concerned
The problem has been raised numerous times, but it has not yet been resolved. Then, as we began to save money, we called our own water tanker. Attendees alleged that this builder has always been arbitrary. The lack of parking and water are problems in the society. In order to get a tanker, we are currently managing the work by soliciting money once more. However, how long can this last? The rubbish, lift, and other problems, according to some, are also bothersome. We’ve had enough of complaining, but the builder won’t even hear us out.
The police crew arrived at the scene after the news had spread
