Poison Of Appeasement Weakens With Growth: PM Modi

Azamgarh: On Sunday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi observed that the poison of appeasement is fading as progress occurs. Addressing a rally in Azamgarh, which was formerly regarded as the family bastion of Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, the Prime Minister attacked RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav’s recent remark, saying 140 crore Indians are his family.

Modi stated that Azamgarh, which was formerly deemed backward, is now a brilliant light, creating a new chapter in the country’s progress. Today, Azamgarh’s light is blazing. There was a period when an event in Delhi would draw people from distant states. The ceremony is now taking place in Azamgarh, and lakhs of people from all across the country are making their way there, according to Modi.

Before his address, Modi inaugurated and laid the groundwork for projects worth Rs 34,700 crore in the state. The Prime Minister stated that these initiatives should not be linked to elections and that he has accelerated development efforts to accomplish the aim of a developed India by 2047.

“I am running with speed and moving the country with speed to fulfill the promise of developed India by 2047,” stated the prime minister. Modi opened airports at Azamgarh, Shravasti, Chitrakoot, and Aligarh, as well as a new terminal at Lucknow’s Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport. The Prime Minister also opened Maharaja Suhel Dev State University in Azamgarh, which cost 108 crore. He inaugurated and laid the groundwork for five major national highway projects totaling Rs 11,500 crore.

He also inaugurated over 5,342 kilometers of roads built in 59 Uttar Pradesh districts as part of the PM Gram Sadak Yojna, which cost Rs 3,700 crore.

The Prime Minister inaugurated and laid the groundwork for 12 railway projects in Uttar Pradesh totaling Rs 8,200 crore. He also inaugurated three sewage projects totaling Rs 1,114 crore created under the Namami Ganga Yojna in the state’s Prayagraj, Etawah, and Jaunpur districts. The prime minister will also open the Light House Project (LHP) in Lucknow, which has developed over 1,040 affordable apartments with contemporary amenities.
