PM Modi Receives Warm Reception At NDA Parliamentary Party Meeting

NDA leaders and MPs warmly welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Parliamentary Party meeting on Tuesday at the GMC Balayogi Auditorium in the Parliament Library Building.

The session saw the presence of senior leaders, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Health Minister JP Nadda, Rashtriya Lok Morcha chief Upendra Kushwaha, and JD(U) MP Sanjay Jaiswal, along with several other NDA Members of Parliament.

The meeting comes a day after PM Modi met NDA MPs from Bihar, marking the first interaction following the coalition’s emphatic victory in the state Assembly elections.

During the Bihar interaction, the Prime Minister reviewed the NDA government’s commitments to the state and reiterated the alliance’s long-term objective of achieving a ‘Viksit Bharat’ by 2047.

PM Engages With MPs; Poses for Group Photograph

The Prime Minister spent considerable time engaging with MPs and later posed for a group photograph, with nearly 30 members from both Houses alongside him.

In a post on X, PM Modi said, “After the historic victory in the Bihar Assembly elections, the meeting today with the state’s NDA MPs in the Parliament building has filled me with new energy. During this time, I was extremely delighted to see their resolve to make the lives of my fellow people in the state even easier.”

“The double engine government will leave no stone unturned to live up to the expectations of the state’s people and the masses,” he further added.

Upendra Kushwaha highlighted that the gathering provided an opportunity for MPs to convey their gratitude to the Prime Minister for the NDA’s decisive win in Bihar.

In a post on X, he noted, “Today, in the Parliament House, along with all the NDA MPs from Bihar, I congratulated the country’s illustrious Prime Minister, the honorable Shri Narendra Modi ji, for the historic and resounding victory of the NDA in the Bihar Assembly elections.”

The meeting underscores the NDA’s focus on consolidating achievements in Bihar and strengthening parliamentary coordination as the coalition looks to implement its developmental agenda in the state and at the national level.
