PM Modi Projects India As A Fully Developed Nation By 2047; Unveils ₹13,430 Crore Projects In Andhra Pradesh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday reiterated his vision of transforming India into a fully developed nation by 2047, marking the centenary of independence.

Addressing a massive public rally in Nannuru village, Kurnool district, he said the 21st century belongs to India and its 140 crore citizens.

The Prime Minister launched and inaugurated multiple development projects worth around ₹13,430 crore. These initiatives span roads, railways, power, and industrial infrastructure, aiming to strengthen connectivity and boost trade. They also seek to enhance the ease of living across Andhra Pradesh.

PM Modi lauded Andhra Pradesh as a land of culture, innovation, and youthful energy. He praised Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan for their visionary governance, adding that Delhi and Amaravati are now working in full coordination to advance the double-engine model of growth.

He announced that the new projects in Kurnool and Rayalaseema would generate employment and attract fresh investment. These initiatives would also lay the foundation for long-term industrial growth in the region.

Google’s Major AI Hub Investment

Highlighting global confidence in India’s technological rise, PM Modi revealed that Google would establish India’s first Artificial Intelligence hub in Visakhapatnam.

The project includes high-capacity data centres and renewable energy systems. It will also establish international subsea cables, transforming the city into a major global connectivity and innovation hub.

He congratulated the people of Andhra Pradesh and commended Naidu for his proactive vision.

The Prime Minister launched a ₹3,000 crore transmission project to strengthen India’s energy network. He also inaugurated a new LPG bottling plant in Chittoor, which has a capacity of 20,000 cylinders per day.

He also unveiled the Natural Gas Pipeline Project from Srikakulam to Angul, which will supply gas to 15 lakh households.

Emphasising self-reliance in defence, PM Modi announced an advanced night vision equipment factory in Nimmaluru, marking another milestone towards ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’.

PM Modi reiterated his government’s focus on simplifying lives through welfare schemes and tax reforms. He stated that the government has made income up to ₹12 lakh tax-free and implemented GST reductions that will save Andhra Pradesh citizens over ₹8,000 crore.

He concluded by saying that a developed Andhra Pradesh would be the foundation of a ‘Viksit Bharat’, reaffirming his belief that India’s growth story will inspire the world by 2047.
