PM Modi and BJP chief JP Nadda will select the NDA’s Vice Presidential candidate on Tuesday. The decision follows a high-level meeting of NDA leaders held in the national capital on Thursday.
Chaired by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, the meeting saw NDA leaders unanimously authorise PM Modi and JP Nadda to choose the nominee.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju briefed the media, stating that the candidate selected by the Prime Minister and the BJP President would have the consensus and full support of all NDA partners.
Amit Shah, Shrikant Shinde, Chirag Paswan, Lavu Krishna Devarayalu, and Ramdas Athawale attended the meeting.
