Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in Ganesh Puja at the residence of Chief Justice of India (CJI) DY Chandrachud. PM Modi, along with CJI Chandrachud’s family, performed the Puja and Aarti of Lord Ganesha with full rituals. Several others were also present. A video of PM Modi performing the Aarti has surfaced online.
The Ganesh Utsav, which began on September 6, is being celebrated across India. The 10-day festival will conclude with the immersion of Ganesh idols on Anant Chaturdashi.
Though Ganesh Utsav is observed nationwide, it is celebrated on a grand scale in Maharashtra and Karnataka. The festival sees significant participation and joy across communities.
