Parliament Agenda For Today: Historic Ram Mandir Construction and Economic White Paper

As the Indian Parliament gears up for a significant weekend session, two pivotal discussions are slated to dominate the proceedings. The Lok Sabha is set to engage in a discourse surrounding the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, along with the Pran Pratishtha ceremony scheduled for Saturday. Meanwhile, the Rajya Sabha will delve into a short-duration debate on the recently released White Paper on the Indian Economy.

In the Lok Sabha, the scheduled discussion on the construction of the Ram Mandir holds immense significance, reflecting a deeply rooted cultural and historical aspect of the Indian subcontinent. The impending Pran Pratishtha ceremony, which marks the consecration of the deity within the temple, adds further gravitas to the discourse. Members of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), including stalwarts such as Sushil Kumar Modi and Prakash Javadekar, are poised to illuminate the impact of this monumental event on the lives of the Indian populace.

Scheduled for approximately 5 pm, PM Modi’s speech is anticipated to encapsulate the achievements of the government, outline its vision for the future, and galvanize support ahead of the electoral fray.
