India on Wednesday launched a major global campaign called Operation Sindoor Outreach to expose Pakistan’s role in terrorism. The first group of an all-party delegation left New Delhi for a five-nation tour. JD(U) MP Sanjay Kumar Jha is leading the team.
“Zero tolerance against terrorism!” posted Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal on X. He said the delegation will visit Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan and Singapore. The purpose is to affirm India’s resolve to fight terrorism in all its forms.

The delegation includes senior leaders across parties. They are Salman Khurshid (Congress), John Brittas (CPI-M), Aparajita Sarangi, Brij Lal, Pradan Baruah, Hemang Joshi (BJP), Abhishek Banerjee (TMC), and Ambassador Mohan Kumar.
They will first arrive in Tokyo on Thursday. Then, they will visit Korea on May 24, Singapore on May 27, Indonesia on May 28, and Malaysia on May 31.
59 MPs to Visit 33 Countries
In total, seven high-level delegations will travel to 33 countries between May 21 and June 5. These include 59 MPs, former ministers, diplomats, and senior political figures.
The MEA is leading the campaign. The goal is to show a united stand against terrorism. It also aims to isolate Pakistan globally for sponsoring terror groups.
On Tuesday, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri briefed three of the seven delegations. He said India has faced cross-border terrorism for over 40 years. “There is no room for ambiguity or appeasement,” he told the MPs.
He rejected Pakistan’s recent offer to co-investigate the Pahalgam terror attack. “Asking Pakistan to co-investigate is like asking the thief to investigate his own crimes,” he said.
Dossiers Detail ISI, Army Role in Terror
Each delegation carries classified dossiers and proof of Pakistan’s terror links. The documents include intelligence on Pakistan’s Army and ISI support to terror groups. The material also includes findings from Operation Sindoor, which struck terror bases across the Line of Control (LoC).
Indian MPs and diplomats will meet foreign governments, lawmakers, media, civil society, and international bodies. These include the United Nations. They will present first-hand accounts and evidence of Pakistan’s support to LeT, JeM, and other terror groups.
The campaign covers major capitals from Tokyo to Washington and Brussels to Jakarta. It sends a clear message: Terrorism anywhere threatens peace everywhere.
Operation Sindoor Outreach highlights India’s strong diplomatic stand. It calls for global action against terror sponsors and the end of safe havens for terrorists.
