Lucknow : According to a research paper, the neurology department at King George’s Medical University (KGMU) claims that the Covishield vaccination poses very little danger after two years. The report requested articles from around the country on the negative effects of the Covishield vaccine.

According to a paper published in Neurology India, those who received this vaccination have a lower risk of blood clotting, heart attacks, and neuro-related disorders after two years. According to the findings, just 136 persons experienced complications within two weeks after receiving the vaccination.
Dr. RK Garg, Head of the KGMU Neurology Department, directed this investigation.
According to Dr. Garg, 1,97,34,08,500 doses of Covid vaccination have been delivered till June 2022. The majority of these persons had received the Covishield vaccination.
Dr. Garg, together with Drs. Hardeep Singh Malhotra, Imran Rizvi, and Balendra Pratap Singh, performed the investigation on the vaccine’s negative effects. Dr. Garg stated that concerns were reported in 136 individuals. Ten individuals reported of having a blood clot in their brain. A maximum of 31 cases of herpes were discovered. There were other occurrences of enlargement of the brain and spinal cord, as well as functioning neurological abnormalities. The majority of these instances were recorded from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, and Kerala. According to the research, these difficulties develop within two weeks of receiving the vaccination.
