S Jaishankar, the minister of external affairs, will launch his two-day outreach programme on Thursday as part of the Delhi BJP’s month long initiative to highlight the accomplishments of the Modi administration over the previous nine years.

The Union minister will also meet a family who was affected by the 1984 anti-Sikh riots at Tilak Vihar, the statement continued, accompanied by West Delhi MP Parvesh Verma.
According to the statement, Jaishankar will meet the students who were forced to stop their studies in Ukraine as a result of Russia’s invasion there.
At 3 o’clock, he will go to the Guru Arjun Dev Gurudwara in West Delhi, where he will meet with Afghan Sikh refugees.
Jaishankar and former Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani have been chosen by the BJP’s national leadership to lead the month-long campaign in Delhi’s seven Lok Sabha seats.
On June 8-9, the external affairs minister will also meet notable individuals and have conversations with groups of professionals and IIT students in various locations throughout the West Delhi and New Delhi parliamentary constituencies, according to a senior party official.
According to the statement, he will meet renowned photographer and Padma Shri recipient Naresh Bedi at his home in Rajouri Garden and Lt. Gen. S. K. Gulati (ret.) during his outreach programme on Thursday.
On June 15 and June 17, according to party leaders, Jaishankar will participate in a number of events in the Lok Sabha districts of South Delhi and Northwest Delhi.
