Delhi Court Saturday extended the remand of former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia till Monday. Judge MK Nagpal directed the CBI to produce him before the court on Monday.

Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was arrested over his alleged involvement in the liquor policy scam on February 26, 2023. He resigned from the Delhi cabinet on February 28, 2023.

Prior, Sisodia challenged the CBI’s move in the Supreme Court. The court advised him to go to the high court, after which he withdrew his application and said he will go to the trial court.
