Drug Addict Son Brutally Kills Mother, Bashes Her Skull With Stone In UP

Sonbhadra : A drug addict’s son got angry and killed his mother by banging her head on a stone late on Sunday night due to a minor dispute in the Obra police station area.  Monday morning the police received information that a woman has been murdered near Cati railway station.

After reaching the spot, the police found that Pacho Devi (54), resident of village Pande Pura police station Patan Pura, Palamu district of Jharkhand, wife Lotan Bhuiyan lived with her son near the Cat railway station. Her son Khedu Bhuiyan (32) works at a nearby located crusher plant.

It was learned on the spot that the deceased’s son Khedu was a drug addict and would often get into altercations under the influence of alcohol. Even on Sunday night, after getting drunk, he had a dispute at home and in anger started banging his mother’s head on a stone, due to which she died.

After the incident, the son absconded from the spot. He said that the family members of the deceased woman, resident of Jharkhand, have filed a complaint. A case has been registered against the son and the forensic team is also investigating on the spot. The accused will be arrested soon. Panchnama of the body has been filled and sent for post-mortem.
