Linking the importance of cleanliness with health Dr. D.K. Gupta said, “Cleanliness is not only important for the environment around us, but it is also for our health.”

He further added, “Through cleanliness, we can keep diseases away and enjoy a healthy and happy life. Therefore, we all should understand the importance of cleanliness and connect it with health.”

Founder of Felix Hospital, Dr. D.K. Gupta said that everyone should adopt cleanliness and make others also aware regarding it.

Cleanliness means keeping the surroundings clean, which is very important. Keeping our surroundings clean is of prime importance. Cleanliness has a special place in our religions and culture also.

Cleanliness keeps humans healthy physically and mentally. If we do not maintain cleanliness, one can often get ill. We should keep our own surroundings, courtyard and garden clean and should also make others aware about cleanliness.

Mahatma Gandhi also laid great emphasis on cleanliness. Some people throw garbage outside while going by car. This is very wrong. Garbage remains lying on many roads and this causes filth. People should not throw garbage here and there and should be thrown in the dustbin only. A healthy mind and body makes a person successful in his work and helps in clear thinking.

Other prominent people who participated in the program included Dr. Rashmi Gupta, Abhish Gupta, Payal Bhayana, Vinod Joshi, Daljit Chopra, Satpal Sharma, Akhil Chaturvedi, Hemant Kumar, and Reema Chauhan.
