CM Yogi Launches Citizen-Centric Services In Prayagraj For Upcoming Kumbh Mela

Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath launched a series of citizen-centric services today to enhance urban governance and prepare for the upcoming Kumbh Mela. The services were introduced at the Prayagraj Nagar Nigam office in collaboration with Prayagraj Smart City.

The initiative aims to improve services and enhance the Kumbh experience, showcasing Prayagraj’s readiness for millions of visitors.

The new citizen-centric services in Prayagraj promise to improve both local and pilgrim experiences through technological innovation. These services focus on making Kumbh Mela more organized and accessible.

Key services include:

  • Real-Time Crowd Management: Using advanced data analytics for better crowd control.
  • Enhanced Accessibility: Updates on public amenities like toilets and water points via the PMC 24×7 app.
  • Digital Pilgrim Assistance: Interactive tools to guide visitors on event schedules, transportation, and essential services.

CM Yogi’s Vision for Citizen-Centric Services

In his speech, CM Yogi Adityanath highlighted that the new services would streamline governance and improve the Kumbh Mela experience for all visitors. “This initiative will ensure a smooth, spiritual, and organized event, blending cultural pride with modern technology,” he said.

The Prayagraj Nagar Nigam, in partnership with the Urban Development Department, has set a new standard in merging technology with effective governance.
