Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath launched a series of citizen-centric services today to enhance urban governance and prepare for the upcoming Kumbh Mela. The services were introduced at the Prayagraj Nagar Nigam office in collaboration with Prayagraj Smart City.

In his speech, CM Yogi Adityanath highlighted that the new services would streamline governance and improve the Kumbh Mela experience for all visitors. “This initiative will ensure a smooth, spiritual, and organized event, blending cultural pride with modern technology,” he said.
The Prayagraj Nagar Nigam, in partnership with the Urban Development Department, has set a new standard in merging technology with effective governance. The citizen-centric services in Prayagraj align with the state’s goal of transforming the city into a smart city while preserving its spiritual identity.
With these services in place, Prayagraj is ready to host millions of pilgrims. The initiative ensures that the upcoming Kumbh Mela will be a grand success, with seamless operations and an enriching experience for all.
