CM Bhajan Lal Sharma Makes First Administrative Reshuffle, 72 IAS-121 RAS Transferred By Rajasthan Government

In the first bureaucratic reorganization since the Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma-led BJP government took office in the state of Rajasthan involved the transfer of 72 Indian Administrative Service officers and 121 Rajasthan Administrative Service officers by the Rajasthan government.

Collector Siddharth Sihag appointed as CM’s secretary

Late on Friday night, the Department of Personnel issued the transfer orders. According to the order, Kekri Collector V M Sharma was appointed commissioner of midday meals, and Churu Collector Siddharth Sihag was appointed secretary to the chief minister.


As reported by PTI,  district collectors of Balotra, Banswara, Baran, Dholpur, Hanumangarh, Jodhpur, Pali, Alwar, Jaisalmer, Jhalawar, Kota, Dungarpur, Anupgarh, Chittorgarh, Behror, Sawaimadhopur, Dausa, Sirohi, Bhilwara, Karauli, Jhunjhunu, Rajsamand, Sikar, Gangapur city, Pratapgarh, Deedwana-Kuchaman, Tonk, Phalodi, Salumbar, Bundi, Beawar have also been transferred.

Several additional collectors transferred

According to PTI, additional charges have been given to three IAS officers. Besides,  121 RAS officers—including several additional collectors and sub-divisional officers have been transferred by the government.
