Bihar Videographer Hired To Document Wedding Elopes With Groom’s Sister

In the Muzaffarpur area of Bihar, a videographer hired to document a wedding eloped with the groom’s sister.

The incident happened in the Chandwara Ghat Damodarpur area of the district.

Laxman Rai, the woman’s father, filed a complaint, claiming that his daughter was abducted by Golu Kumar, the videographer, after the guy lured her with the intention of getting married.

Rai said his daughter went to the market on March 4 and has been missing since.

He added that the family had searched far and wide but had not been able to find her, so they had called the police for help.

Rai claimed that his son-in-law told him about a man from his village who had eloped with his daughter was hired to record the wedding.

Rai went to the man’s home after learning of his locations and inquired of his father, who denied any knowledge of them.

Locals asserted that although the woman and the cameraman did visit the village, they departed shortly after.

Officer Rohan Kumar of the Ahiyapur Police Station confirmed the FIR filed by the woman’s father and stated that the case is presently being investigated, along with efforts to identify the two.
