Badhta Bharat Conclave organised by Bharat Express News Networks witnessed two veterans of their respective fields – Akhilesh Prasad Yadav, Congress MP and Abhayanand, former DG of Bihar talking about the development of Bihar. The discussion revealed great facts and information on the development status of Bihar. Taking the discussion further, Nawal Kishore Yadav, MLC of BJP and Sachchidanand Rai, MLC were invited on stage to discuss about the state of Bihar. Both of them have contributed their bits to the field of education.
Nawal Kishore Yadav on Bihar education
Nawal Kishore Yadav praised the teachers of Bihar government schools and said that only the teachers who could not make it to government schools enter private schools. He also stated that children from poor family are more likely to be high in IQ than children who belong to middle class or upper class families.
Teachers doesn’t even have money to buy ‘Hawai chappal’
In the same line of context, Sachchidanand Rai continued to present his views and condemned development in the education sector in Bihar. He said, “Teachers doesn’t even have money to buy ‘Hawai Chappal’ (bathroom slippers).”
In a further dialogue, Mr. Sachchidanand Rai explained, “In year 1962, Bihar was the second most developed state of India. Till year 1992, Congress party used the state like a musical chair (party game).”
Giving a view of solution to the problems of Bihar, Mr. Rai said that Bihar needs to stop looking for sympathy for being a poor and backward state. People of the state should take this out of their mindset.
