Bihar Poll Results Will Mark Rahul Gandhi’s 100th Electoral Defeat: Dr Dinesh Sharma

Rajya Sabha MP and former Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Dr Dinesh Sharma launched a sharp attack on the Opposition. He said the locks that make Aligarh famous will seal the Congress and RJD offices after the Bihar election results on November 14.

He claimed that with these results, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will complete a century of election defeats.

Taking a dig at Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, Dr Sharma said, “He doesn’t even have a single candidate in the fray, yet he is busy campaigning. Anyone can campaign anywhere, even in foreign elections if they wish.”

Dr Sharma Targets Opposition

He responded to queries about the State Investigation Register (SIR). He said authorities have begun preparing a clean and transparent voter list, which has made the Opposition uncomfortable.

“Now, infiltrators will no longer be able to become Indian voters,” he said.

Highlighting the achievements of the Modi-Yogi era, Dr Sharma called it the “golden period” of Indian governance.

“Future generations will take pride in this era when the mafia trembled before the bulldozer,” he remarked.

He added that India is rapidly emerging as the world’s third-largest economy and now possesses the capability to lead globally.

Speaking about Aligarh, he said the atmosphere in the city is “completely in favour of the BJP.”

Recalling its connection to Babuji Kalyan Singh, he said the region carries a proud legacy of strong party organisation.

Dr Sharma also spoke at length about India’s evolution, from a society divided by invaders to a united, self-reliant nation guided by Prime Minister Modi’s vision of “Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.”

He urged people to rise above caste divisions created by historical forces and embrace the spirit of unity and swadeshi.

Dr Sharma pointed out that India has become self-reliant in sectors that once depended on foreign nations.

“During the pandemic, when major powers waited for vaccines, India developed three of its own and helped over 100 countries,” he said, noting that while the Opposition mocked the vaccines, they ultimately became India’s pride.

He also highlighted India’s growing global stature, saying, “This is not the India that once waited to meet the US President; today, world leaders wait to meet Prime Minister Modi.”

Dr Sharma concluded his address at the Babu Kalyan Singh Habitat Centre in Aligarh. He urged citizens to help build a self-reliant India through yoga, Ayurveda, handicrafts, and traditional industries.
