Amit Shah Writes To Kharge, Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, Seeks Cooperation To Discuss Manipur Issue In Parliament

Amid the impasse in Parliament , Union Home Minister Amit Shah has written letter to two opposition leaders in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha for debate on Manipur issue, saying the government is ready for a discussion and “seeks cooperation from all the parties, rising above party lines”. The minister said in Lok Sabha that he had urged the opposition leaders to create a conducive atmosphere for a discussion on this sensitive matter.

“I have written to the Leaders of Opposition in both Houses that the government is ready for a discussion on Manipur and urged them to create a conducive atmosphere for a discussion on this sensitive matter,” he said.
