Prime Minister Narendra Modi was on an election tour in Raiganj, West Bengal today, where he also performed a roadshow apart from rally. A large number of people gathered to see and listen to PM Modi. He also shared a video of his Raiganj tour from his X account. While sharing the video, he wrote that its BJP all the way in Raiganj.
Addressing the election rally in Raiganj, Prime Minister Modi said, “Those who suffered from partition and were against it, they (TMC) do not want to give them citizenship. TMC is against CAA, they keep spreading false rumors about it. TMC Bangladeshis, Rohingyas have been allowed to change the demography and disturb law and order in Bengal. They are under the protection of TMC to boost their vote bank, TMC is playing with the future of West Bengal.”
Prime Minister Modi further said that “Those who ruled West Bengal for many years stopped the development of the state. The list (of the Centre’s work in West Bengal) is so long that even several hours will not be enough to count them. We have to take the country and Bengal much further. These works are not only the achievements of the BJP government but also document the dark deeds of Congress, Left and TMC. Those who ruled Bengal for many years, pushed Bengal back. But I would like to tell you that the development of Bengal is Modi’s priority.
On the Sandeshkhali incident, the Prime Minister said that Trinamool Congress leaders openly tortured women there, adding that a civilized society cannot even imagine such a thing. PM Modi said, “Sandeshkhali shocked India and the entire world. TMC leaders openly tortured women there. A civilized society cannot imagine such things. “The goons have been allowed to work freely by TMC.” He said that TMC does not allow voters to vote freely. Their leaders threaten the voters.
