In a significant move to strengthen India’s workforce, Adani Group has unveiled its largest-ever skill development program. The initiative, announced by Group Chairman Gautam Adani, aims to empower the nation’s youth and meet the needs of growing industries. It is aligned with the ethos of “Seva Sadhna Hai, Seva Prarthna Hai, Aur Seva Hi Parmatma Hai,” focusing on skill training to prepare youth for future employment.
Adani Group and Singapore’s ITE Education Services (ITEES) will collaborate on the initiative to create the world’s largest skill academy. This academy will develop a pool of skilled talent for critical sectors such as green energy, manufacturing, high-tech industries, project excellence, and industrial design. To elevate the program’s scale, Adani Group has pledged a massive 2,000 crore INR investment to establish excellence hubs that meet international standards.

These hubs will be named Adani Global Skills Academies, where students will receive industry-aligned training in technical and vocational fields. After completing their courses, students will be given job opportunities within Adani Group and its partner industries. The program promises to ensure that every trained graduate enters the workforce fully equipped with globally relevant skills and knowledge.
Setting Up The Largest Skill Center In Mundra
As part of the program’s first phase, a state-of-the-art finishing school will be set up in Mundra, Gujarat, becoming the largest skill center in the world. This center will train more than 25,000 students annually in various roles across the industrial and service sectors. The selected trainees will be from backgrounds such as ITI or polytechnic, having completed diplomas or vocational courses. They will undergo intensive boot camps designed to fast-track their readiness for real-world industry challenges.
Adani Global Skills Academy will incorporate cutting-edge facilities, including innovation centers, AI-based simulators, and mixed-reality technologies, ensuring an immersive learning experience. Students will benefit from fully residential programs, where they will live and train alongside faculty members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
Collaboration With ITE Education Services
To guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the training, Adani Group has partnered with ITEES Singapore, a renowned institution in career-oriented technical and vocational education. ITEES has been a pioneer in developing national-level vocational skills standards and is committed to creating a positive impact in the field of technical education.
