A 19 Year Old Sexually Assaulted At Hospital In Delhi

A 19-year-old sexually assaulted at a hospital in Delhi. The national capital of India faces yet another horrific incident when a girl in her teens was sexually harassed at New Medicine Block of LNJP Hospital, Delhi. According to the police the girl was an attendant for her sister-in-law at the hospital. A  person stopped her on her way back from the ground floor at around 2 AM on the intervening nights of July 19 and 20, and tried to get close to her,” according to the Police. Manish, a 40-year-old resident of Shahdara, is the accused person who was apprehended in accordance with the law, they added.

“A case under IPC section 354/354A has been registered at PS IP Estate,” and the police further added that “the accused was an attendant to his old-aged mother, who was admitted to the same block for heart-related ailments. He works as a private security guard.” police said. Additional investigation is being conducted.
