According to senior party leader Jaynarayan Mishra, twenty-one national leaders of the BJP will campaign in Odisha’s 21 Lok Sabha seats. Top BJP leaders including PM Modi will be visiting Odisha before the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections to gather support from the people.
The head of the opposition in the state assembly, Mishra, announced that all 147 assembly segments will be managed by central and state leaders. He announced that ahead of the elections, Odisha will be visited by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, and Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath.
“Twenty-one central leaders will visit the state’s 21 parliamentary constituencies ahead of the general elections. Central and state leaders will be made in-charges of the 147 assembly constituencies in the state,” Mishra told reporters on Friday and also informed that the decisions were made during a recent meeting that took place in Delhi.
