And here is the most beautiful and ‘aww moment’ from the intimate Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha’s engagement ceremony that happened on Saturday evening in Delhi. Several insides from the ceremony are going viral on social media. One of the best is when the couple is grooving to the ‘Ve Maahi’ song from Parineeti starrer ‘Kesari.’ In the viral video, the newly engaged Parineeti is seen crooning the song for her fiancé and adorably Raghav embraced her and gave her a peck on the cheeks, damn it was damn lovely!!!
While announcing the engagement on social media, Parineeti penned an adorable message, “Everything I prayed for .. I said yes! 💍.
The couple can be seen wearing white, and the last picture is a close-up of their hands and the rings. Moreover, the actress sported a solitaire ring with a diamond-encrusted band while Raghav Chadha wore a Cartier wedding band.
That is not it, the beautiful couple twinned in pastel ensembles for the engagement. Parineeti opted for a light pink kurta-pants ensemble which was adorned with intricate pearls and a stunning embroidered dupatta. Parineeti completed her look with statement polki earrings and a gorgeous maang tika. Raghav Chadha kept it simple in an ivory sherwani with a pink pocket square.
Talking about the intimate event, the ceremony took place at Kapurthala House in Delhi. The celebrations started at around 5:00 pm as per Sikh rituals. It began with a Sukhmani Sahib Path followed by Ardas at 6:00 pm.
