Amid Adipurush Controversy, Kriti Sanon Focuses On Cheers And Clap, Video Goes Viral

The debates around the Prabhas starrer Adipurush never seem to end. Since it debuted in theatres on June 16, the movie has drawn criticism for its vulgar dialogue and factual errors. Manoj Muntashir, the film’s dialogue writer, has been defending and addressing controversy in his interviews as the movie is making its place at the box office. The audience has been slamming the makers for its bad VFX. Recently, Kriti Sanon shared a video of the audience cheering for the film in theatres on her Instagram handle.

Kriti’s Post

In the movie, Prabhas played Raghava, Kriti played Janaki, and Saif played Lankesh. Despite the audience was not happy with Prabhas and Saif’s performances, they were amazed to see Kriti’s performance and appreciated her. She has performed the character of Janaki in a way that has left many extremely impressed. The actress made the choice to ignore criticism and concentrate on positive responses.

She shared a clip in which the natives can be seen cheering and chanting ‘Jai Shree Ram’ and singing the famous song, Ram Siya Ram.

Kriti wrote, Focusing on the cheers and claps! ♥

Soon after she shared the video, her well-wishers started supporting her. Even her younger sister ‘Nupur Sanon’ was seen cheering for her. She wrote, “Proud of you” while Manish Malhotra dropped red heart emojis. A fan wrote, “Don’t believe anyone’s words, once go to the theater and see it, then you will feel that such a movie has not been made to date.” Another fan wrote, “Respect button for Siya-Ram>>.”

Her sister Nupur, in the meantime, praised the entire crew in her Instagram story. She appreciated everyone’s performance and talked about how grand the movie was.

She wrote, “Love love loved Adipurush! The performances were superb. There were so many sequences that blew me away. Kudos to the entire team.”
