Zodiac Matches That Make The Best Couples
Over time, we’ve observed a number of actors take their work seriously and go through major physical transformations. Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, and numerous other actors in the past have entirely converted their physical appearances to live their characters. But, Maniesh Paul has eventually fulfilled an astounding feat of dedication and extremely hard work for his debut web series Rafuchakkar.
Maniesh is anticipated to portray the part for each icon, including weight gain and loss. He will play the part of a con man with five different personalities during the series. In the Rafuchakkar teaser, Maniesh Paul appeared in a variety of places, some of which demanded him to put on weight to act like a pot-bellied, chubby middle-aged man, while others depicted him as a ripped, bodybuilder.
Maniesh followed a strict fitness routine and diet to grow and reduce weight successfully in four months so that he could nail each look.
Maniesh Paul abandoned all diet constraints and consume food for two months in order to gain 10 kg.
Maniesh Paul says, “ I’ve always been a fitness enthusiast, although not a gym freak but I’ve been working for a healthy body. Rafuchakkar put me on a comber coaster lift of physical transformation. As I play a con artist, I’ve five different roles and personalities. Changing my fit-healthy body for one of the roles as Pawan Kumar Bawariya, I had to act as an ordinary middle-class and middle-aged man with a fat tummy, for which I gained 10 Kg. For another look, I had to lose weight as well as gain muscles to play a gym coach. As I had just finished Jugjugg Jeeyo, I had hardly four months to do these drastic changes.”
