Adani Group Powers Ahead With Ganga Expressway Project

The Adani Group is working tirelessly to bring to life the Ganga Expressway, set to become India’s longest expressway.

This ambitious project is a key priority for the Yogi government. However, it will connect Meerut in Uttar Pradesh to Prayagraj, providing a crucial infrastructure boost for the state.

Meanwhile, the Adani Group is responsible for constructing the 464 km stretch from Badaun to Prayagraj.

Advanced Technology And Skilled Workforce

A dedicated team of engineers and technicians is working around the clock to deliver the project.

Equipped with cutting-edge machinery and the latest technology, the team is, however, ensuring the expressway is built to the highest standards.

The Ganga Expressway will consist of three segments: 151.7 km from Badaun to Hardoi, 155.7 km from Hardoi to Unnao, and 157 km from Unnao to Prayagraj.

The expressway is designed as a six-lane road but has the capacity to expand to eight lanes in the future.

Strategic Review By Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister

On Sunday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is scheduled to visit Hardoi and Shahjahanpur to review construction work.

The visit will, however, focus on monitoring the project’s progress and ensuring its timely completion.

The Ganga Expressway is a major infrastructure undertaking being implemented under the Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) model.

Adani Group is constructing the expressway with a 30-year concession period, and it will play a key role in transforming the transportation landscape of Uttar Pradesh.

Adani Group’s Commitment To Infrastructure Growth

The Ganga Expressway is just one of many major infrastructure projects currently being executed by the Adani Group.

With 13 projects worth over Rs 35,000 crores, the group is making significant contributions to India’s infrastructure development.

These projects span across nine states—Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Gujarat, West Bengal, Odisha, and Uttar Pradesh.

The group is working on the construction of over 5,000 km of roads, demonstrating its capabilities in managing large-scale, complex projects.
