The Adani Skill Development Centre (ASDC), supported by the Adani Foundation, is helping young people build careers through free vocational training.
The centre provides a Domestic Data Entry Operator course. It also connects trainees with employment opportunities to promote financial independence.
As part of this initiative, 14 trainees from the ASDC in Padri secured jobs with a Haryana-based Flipkart company. They were selected for Associate and Data Entry Operator positions.
The selected candidates will work eight hours a day for 26 days each month. Their monthly CTC will range from ₹19,777 to ₹21,553.
The company will also provide one meal and one tea and snack break. It will arrange free transport between their homes and the workplace.
During the programme, Usha Mishra, Cluster Head, Adani Foundation, presented offer letters to the selected trainees.
Gram Pradhan Ram Sagar Bharti of Thanapur and Gram Pradhan Ram Singh Rana of Hinouti also attended the event.
Sudhanshu Mishra, Cluster Head, Adani Skill Development Centre, and Sumit Vajpai, Centre Coordinator, ASDC, also congratulated the candidates and wished them success.
The trainees’ parents, including Sunil Rai, Poonam Devi, Prashant Yadav, Reshma Devi, Rajendra Prasad, Premshankar and Ramlal, attended the programme. Abhay, Praveen, Manisha, Shweta Panchdev and Ajay were also present.
At the conclusion, parents praised the Adani Foundation and ASDC for creating opportunities for local youth. They encouraged young people to acquire skills, pursue employment and work towards a self-reliant future.
