A dramatic poster circulating online for Avengers: Doomsday has sparked excitement among Marvel fans, featuring Loki in an action-ready pose, Thor surrounded by golden lighting and Steve Rogers wielding Mjolnir beneath an imposing image of Doctor Doom.
Doctor Doom dominates the upper section of the artwork, wearing his signature metal mask and green hood. His towering presence creates a menacing backdrop for the heroes, hinting at a potential conflict involving characters from across the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).
Loki’s appearance has drawn particular attention as fans await more details about his role in the upcoming crossover.
The artwork has fuelled speculation about whether the God of Mischief will confront Doom and fight alongside Earth’s mightiest heroes.
Thor stands out, with golden lighting highlighting the Asgardian warrior’s powerful presence.
Known for his association with lightning and cosmic power, the character remains a major attraction for fans anticipating the film.
Steve Rogers holding Mjolnir is another talking point. The image recalls his memorable moment in Avengers: Endgame, when he wielded Thor’s enchanted hammer against Thanos. His appearance with the weapon in the circulating artwork has renewed speculation about his potential role in the upcoming film.
The poster’s authenticity has, however, not been established.
Fans should verify the artwork through Marvel’s official channels rather than treating its imagery as confirmation of specific scenes or character appearances.
Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers: Doomsday stars Robert Downey Jr. as Victor von Doom.
The film is scheduled to release on December 18, 2026, according to Marvel’s announced US release schedule.
