Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday expressed deep sorrow over the demise of senior Karnataka Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ramachandra Gowda.
In a heartfelt tribute shared on social media, Shah remembered the veteran leader for his lifelong commitment to nationalism and his significant contribution to strengthening the BJP in Karnataka.
Shah said Ramachandra Gowda’s commitment and leadership would continue to inspire party workers and political leaders across the state.
The Union Home Minister also highlighted Ramachandra Gowda’s contribution to governance during his tenure as a Minister.
Shah described him as a seasoned administrator who worked diligently to strengthen public administration and serve the people of Karnataka. He acknowledged Gowda’s years of public service and said his efforts left a lasting impact on both the state and the BJP organisation.
