On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered Maharana Pratap on his birth anniversary, describing him as a timeless symbol of bravery, patriotism, and self-respect.
In a message shared on X, PM Modi said Maharana Pratap devoted his entire life to protecting the honour and pride of the motherland.
The Prime Minister further added that the warrior king’s courage and determination would continue to inspire patriotism among Indians for generations.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah also paid homage, calling Maharana Pratap an eternal example of courage, sacrifice, and dedication to the nation.
Shah said the Mewar ruler remained committed to defending his land, culture, and faith despite hardship and adversity, never compromising on his principles.
The Minister further stated that Maharana Pratap’s valour and devotion to the country still inspire a strong sense of nationalism across India.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also honoured the Rajput ruler on the occasion.
In his tribute, CM Adityanath referred to Maharana Pratap as an immortal son of Mother India and praised his unwavering resistance against injustice and foreign domination.
