Woman Fatally Struck By BMW Driven By Shiv Sena Leader’s Son

Sources indicate that the BMW was driven by Rajesh Shah, the son of a prominent figure from Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s faction of Shiv Sena.

In a tragic incident this morning, a speeding BMW struck a couple on a two-wheeler in Mumbai’s Worli, resulting in the death of a woman, according to police reports.

Kaveri Nakva and her husband, Pradik Nakva, residents of the Koliwada area in Worli, were on an early morning trip to Sassoon Dock to fetch fish. As they were returning home around 5:30 am, their two-wheeler was hit from behind by a speeding BMW. The collision was so severe that their bike overturned, throwing both Kaveri and Pradik onto the bonnet of the car. While Pradik managed to jump off the bonnet in an attempt to save himself, Kaveri was not as fortunate. She was dragged for 100 meters by the car as it attempted to flee the scene.
