Watch: Elon Musk’s Tesla Robot Learns To ‘Stumble Like Human’ In Viral Video

A video of Tesla’s humanoid robot learning to walk on slopes has been doing rounds on the internet. The robot’s unsteady movements have been humorously quipped as a tipsy partygoer. A viral video was shared by Tesla on Instagram, where a robot’s walk seems to be more of a stumble than a stride.

In the viral video, Tesla’s Optimus could be seen awkwardly navigating an uneven surface, swaying like a toddler. Sharing the video on Instagram, Tesla Motors wrote, “To walk like a human, you must first learn to stumble like a human.”

The video captures the robot attempting to walk up and down a slope like a human. It appears on the verge of falling several times but manages to regain its balance and keeps moving forward. These moments of near-collapse followed by recovery highlight Optimus’ progress in mastering balance and adapting to real-world challenges.

Netizens’ Reaction

The video garnered over 242,673 likes and prompted a wave of responses, leaving netizens surprised. “Me coming home drunk at 4 am”, a user wrote. Another user commented, “Me on leg day.” The third user hilariously wrote, “Great. So they’ll take my job as the neighbourhood drunk too?”.
