No denying the fact that with increasing technologies, people are becoming more creative day by day. From planning and organising a wedding to designing a wedding invitation, couples are getting creative. A prime example of this is a wedding invitation, which went viral for its unusual design, leaving recipients confused.
Viral Aadhaar Card-Themed Wedding Card
The wedding card has been designed creatively similar to the Aadhaar card. The image was shared by a Twitter user, DK Sardana, showing a wedding card that mimics the appearance of an Aadhaar Card, even down to the layout and font style. However, on taking a closer look, it revealed that the card displays the title “Shubh Vivaah” at the top.

Moving ahead, the card had the names of the bride and groom, Prahlad and Varsha, written on it. The couple hailed from the village of Pipariya in Madhya Pradesh, which was also featured on the card.
Instead of the usual Aadhaar Card number, the card displays their wedding date, which was ‘June 22, 2017’. Moreover, the card has photos of the couple printed with a QR code and barcode for added flair.
This viral wedding invitation has created a buzz on social media, which makes it clear that the trend of experimenting with wedding cards has become popular. This not only presents the creativity at its best but also makes it memorable for couples. Gone were the days with traditional wedding invitations, now people seem to be pushing the boundaries of tradition in the name of personalisation and fun.
