Joe Biden with Ke Huy Quan
During the screening of the TV series American Born Chinese at the White House, US President Joe Biden met and snapped a selfie with actor Ke Huy Quan.
Biden tweeted a video of an ecstatic Ke Huy Quan posing for the “selfie of all selfies” with the President. The caption read, “Little did Ke know he was dealing with a selfie expert”.
In the video, Quan, who won the 2023 Oscar for Best Actor In Supporting Role, is shown meeting Biden who jokes, “Who the hell is this guy?”

Echo, Ke Huy Quan’s wife also joined them.
After the three stand for a photo, Quan tells Biden, “Ok, I have got to ask for one thing. You may not know this but I love getting selfies”.
“This would be the selfie of all selfies!” the Oscar winner exclaims before President Biden joins him in a selfie.
The video received over 6.4 million views on the platform, and many people commented on it.
Following his meeting with the president, Ke Huy Quan spoke in the White House for Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month 2023. The event is being held to commemorate the accomplishments and contributions of the communities and immigrants.
This year, Ke Huy Quan received the Academy Award for his performance in ‘Everything Everywhere All At Once’. He will be appearing in the upcoming Disney Plus series American Born Chinese. Mr. Quan played Short Round as a child in Steven Spielberg’s 1984 film ‘Indiana Jones and the Temple Of Doom’.
