On Saturday, Taiwan detected 62 Chinese military aircraft and 27 naval vessels operating around the nation. It was between 6 am on Friday to 6 am on Saturday.
According to the Taiwan Ministry of National Defence, 47 aircraft crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait.
The aircraft also entered Taiwan’s southwestern, southeastern and eastern Air Defence Identification Zone.
The Armed Forces have monitored the situation and responded accordingly.

Earlier on Friday, Taiwan tracked 49 Chinese military aircraft, 19 naval vessels, and 7 CCG vessels operating around the nation. It was between 6 am on Thursday to 6 am on Friday.
According to the Taiwan Ministry of National Defence, 35 aircraft crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait.
The aircraft also entered Taiwan’s southwestern Air Defence Identification Zone.
The Armed Forces have monitored the situation and responded accordingly.

Since September 2020, China has increased its use of gray zone tactics. This includes incrementally increasing the number of military aircraft and naval ships operating around Taiwan.
