Here’s how skyscraper climber died

The building was visited by Mr Lucidi at around 6 p.m., according to Hong Kong officials, and he informed the security guard at the gate that he had come to visit a friend on the 40th level. The media site claimed that when the supposed friend acknowledged he was not familiar with Mr Lucidi, the security gate attempted to stop him, but by that point, he had entered a lift.

CCTV footage captures Mr Lucidi entering the building on the 49th floor before ascending the stairs to the top of the structure. People claim that the man was nowhere to be found but that a hatch leading to the roof was open. He was, however, observed at 7:38 p.m. rapping on the penthouse of the building, and this caused the maid in the flat to phone the police.

According to media accounts, Mr. Lucidi was reportedly stuck outside the penthouse and was pounding on the window for assistance when he lost his footing. At the site, the authorities discovered Mr. Lucidi’s camera, which had films of his high-rise acts. The official cause of death has not been disclosed by the police.
