Argentina’s President, Alberto Fernandez, has arrived in Delhi. Alberto Fernandez will attend the G-20 summit. On September 9 and 10, New Delhi will host the 18th G20 Summit, attended by more than 25 world leaders and their delegations.
On Thursday, US President Joe Biden flew to India to attend this historic ceremony, accompanied by crucial personnel on Air Force One, including US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan, Deputy Chief of Staff Jen O’Malley Dillon, and Director of Oval Office Operations Annie Tomasini.
The summit has confirmed the attendance of French President Emmanuel Macron, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, and Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva.
US President Biden, UK Prime Minister Sunak, Japan’s Kishida, Bangladesh’s Sheikh Hasina, Italy’s Giorgia Meloni, China’s Premier Li Qiang, Australia’s Albanese, and UAE President HH Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan are among those arriving on Friday.
On September 10, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will officially hand over the G20 Presidency baton to Brazilian President Lula, kicking off Brazil’s stint as the G20 Presidency on December 1, 2023.
