Announcement From Musk: X Will Pay Legal Bills Of ‘Unfairly Treated’ Employees For Posting Or Liking On Platform

Elon Musk, the owner of micro-blogging social networking website X, which was formerly known as Twitter has news for unfairly treated employees. He has stated that X will pay the legal bills, as in fines, etc. on behalf of the employees who were treated wrongly by their employers because they liked or posted something on then known as Twitter.

Musk also stated that there’s no limit on legal funding

In addition to this, Musk will be suing all those employers for acting in the wrong manner. “If you were unfairly treated by your employer due to posting or liking something on this platform, we will fund your legal bill,” Musk said in a post on X late on Saturday, adding that there will be no limits to funding the bills.

Musk later responded to a post about how the fear of legal action is the only thing that will change behavior in the U.S. quickly. “And we won’t just sue, it will be extremely loud and we will go after the boards of directors of the companies too,” he added.

Marking up “new high” as X will pay legal bills

Musk announced that the number of monthly X users had reached a “new high” late last month and provided a graph displaying the most recent figure of over 540 million. The numbers were released while the business underwent organizational changes and sought to increase declining advertising revenue. It was also the most recent in a string of statements made by X executives asserting significant usage following the July 5 introduction of Threads by Meta Platforms (META.O), a rival platform.

Twitter bird vanished…

After 17 years with a recognisable blue bird design that came to represent the dissemination of ideas globally, Elon Musk relaunched Twitter as X and released a new logo in July, signalling a focus on developing a “everything app.”

Musk had earlier in July claimed that the platform’s negative cash flow was due to a nearly 50% decline in advertising revenue as well as a high debt load. In June, an increase in advertising revenue was anticipated, but it never happened.
