Ahead Of Paris 2024 Games, Olympic Rings On Eiffel Tower Unveiled

With 50 days until the Summer Olympics in Paris, organizers of Paris 2024 unveiled an Olympic rings display on the Eiffel Tower on Friday.

The 29-by 13-metre recyclable steel structure was built on the south side of Paris’ iconic monument by approximately 30 workers, using four cranes.

At the Olympics, the beach volleyball competitions will take place at the feet of the ‘Iron Lady’, the Eiffel Tower.

The Paris 2024 medals also include pieces of steel from the Eiffel Tower.

The Paris Olympics will take place from July 26 to Aug 11.
